Zhamanak: Raffi Hovannisian changes his mind – rally cancelled

Although the leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian earlier announced that a rally will be held in Liberty Square of Yerevan on February 18 – the first anniversary of the presidential elections, the format changed yesterday, according to ‘Zhamanak’ paper.

On February 18 the leader of Heritage will deliver a speech in the format of an ‘annual national address’ at Ani Plaza Hotel, the newspaper says.
