Ashtarak resident, 39, dies in fire

Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call at 2:30 pm today about a fire in the city of Ashtarak, Aragatsotn province.

A fire brigade was sent to the scene. In an apartment, rescuer firefighters found the body of 39-year-old N. O. who died from burns, the press service of MES said.

The fire was extinguished at 2:40 pm. Another resident aged 59 was given first aid by an ambulance crew on the spot.
