Rustamian: Round-the-clock rallies to be staged on April 28-30
The four non-coalition factions held a closed meeting in the Armenian parliament today. The meeting lasted over an hour. ARFD faction member Armen Rustamian informed reporters about the details.
The main subject of the meeting was the issue of holding a vote of no confidence in the Armenian government.
“We have long worked on the draft of a vote of no confidence in the government and on a package of high-priority actions. This work will finish at the beginning of next week. We have concerted a number of joint actions, in particular, a round-the-clock joint rally of the four parties will be staged in Liberty Square of Yerevan on April 28-30,” Rustamian said.
In his words, the rallies will be aimed at protecting the process of holding a no confidence vote in the Armenian government. Rallies are planned in Armenian provinces as well, Rustamian said.
