Foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan to meet in Moscow on April 4

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov will conduct negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement in Moscow on April 4, Armenian Foreign Ministry said.

On April 2 Edward Nalbandian will travel to Moscow where he will deliver a speech on Armenia’s foreign police at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

E. Nalbandian will participate in the sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) on April 3 and the sitting of the CIS Foreign Ministers on April 4.
