NKR president and Seyran Ohanian discuss military construction issues

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian received today Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian, the press service of the NKR president reported.

Issues related to military construction and cooperation of the two Armenian states in this sphere were discussed at the meeting, in which NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobian also participated.
