Hraparak: Sevan mayor boycotts governor meetings

‘Hraparak’ paper writes that relations of Sevan mayor Rudik Ghukasian and governor of Gegharkunik province Rafik Grigorian have become extremely strained.

‘Their relations are so strained that in recent months the mayor have boycotted the meetings called by the governor. The cause of the conflict is unknown”.
