Baghdasarian and Patrushev discuss cooperation on migration
Secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council (NSC) Arthur Baghdasarian met in Moscow today with Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev, according to the press service of NSC.
Following the talk of Baghdasarian and Patrushev, Head of the State Migration Service of Armenia Gagik Yeganian and Head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia Konstantin Romodanovsky briefed A. Baghdasarian and N. Patrushev on the agreements reached during the discussions they held.
The migration services of the two countries signed a document that will regulate issues related to the stay and work of Armenian migrants in Russia. A roadmap for joint actions was developed as well.
Arthur Baghdasarian thanked Patrushev for assistance with the problem’s resolution.
A number of issues related to the situation in the CSTO responsibility zone, and regional and international problems were discussed at the meeting. The sides paid attention to Armenian-Russian military-technical cooperation and the establishment of joint Armenian-Russian humanitarian and state reserve centers.
An agreement to implement a number of strategic programs in various spheres has been reached.
