Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 300 times in past week

On April 6-12, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire about 300 times on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Over 2,500 shots were fired by the Azerbaijani side at Armenian frontline positions, the Defense Ministry of NKR said.

On April 7 Azerbaijan made a subversive attempt, which was foiled by military units of the NKR Defense Army. While retreating, Azerbaijani saboteurs were blown up by a mine. Three servicemen were killed, six others were wounded.

The Karabakh side suffered no casualties.
