Armenia interested in deepening interstate links with Portugal

Portuguese Ambassador to Armenia Mario Godinho de Matos today presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, according to the presidential press service.

S. Sargsyan said that Armenia is interested in deepening the interstate links with Portugal. “We would like Portugal to have its permanent place among Armenia’s friends. I am sure you will do your best for this,” the Armenian president said.

The sides stressed the importance of expanding the legal and contractual framework, which will promote the political dialog.
