Aram Harutyunian appointed governor of Kotayk province

By a decision of the Armenian government, former Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunian has been appointed as governor of Kotayk province.

First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration Vatche Terterian said at the government session today that Kovalenko Shahgaldian was relieved of his post as Kotayk governor at his request.

K. Shahgaldian has served as Kotayk governor since 2001.
