Former judge appointed deputy justice minister
By a decision of Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian, Arsen Mkrtchian has been appointed as deputy justice minister of Armenia. Arsen Mkrtchian was earlier a Judge of Armenia’s Court of Civil Appeals.
