Prime minister: Karabakh conflict should be resolved based on 3 principles
“In any case, it is his personal position. Personally I am against these approaches, according to which the territories should be ceded,” Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian said today, when speaking about the recent speech of the OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair James Warlick.
In the prime minister’s words, the Karabakh conflict should be settled based on three principles: territorial integrity, the right of peoples to self-determination, and non-use of force. “It is our principle,” Hovik Abrahamian said.
