Former justice minister Hrayr Tovmasyan appointed chief of parliament staff

By an order of Armenian parliamentary speaker Galust Sahakyan, former Armenian justice minister Hrayr Tovmasyan has been appointed as chief of the staff of Armenian National Assembly, the head of the parliament’s PR and mass media department Gohar Poghosyan told Aysor.am.
