Hraparak: Geghamyan most likely candidate for NSC secretary

‘Hraparak’ paper writes that the deputy of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) faction Artashes Geghamyan is the most likely candidate for secretary of Armenia’s National Security Council (NSC). Geghamyan told the paper’s correspondent that ‘they have not yet talked’ with him.
