Hovik Abrahamyan: Plunder’s forefather looks for plunder everywhere
During a briefing today Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan commented on the article of the leader of Armenian National Congress (HAK), first Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosyan. The article was published yesterday and contained harsh criticism of H. Abrahamyan.
When asked by the correspondent of Panorama.am to comment on the article, Hovik Abrahamyan said in particular: “I was informed about it. Bile, malice, bile, and again bile. People need symbols. It is possible to belittle the institution of president so much?”
“Years ago he got off the pedestal of former Armenian president and cannot mount it anymore. To tell numerous fabrications citing the notes written by two-three people and read by them so as to stick a label on the government accusing it of plunder.
People say in such cases: The fox produced its tail as evidence. The forefather of plunder looks for plunder everywhere to advance his petty interests. Shame! It won’t work. Our activities will leave less room for such nonsense,” the prime minister said.
