Sergei Lavrov lays wreath at Armenian Genocide Memorial

During his working visit to Armenia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov laid a wreath at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
