Zhamanak: Four factions became a veneer, Safaryan says

The secretary of Heritage Party Stepan Safaryan told yesterday ‘Zhamanak’ paper when commenting on the amended version of the accumulative pension scheme that the adoption of the law by the new government shows that there was no goal to change the government and its policy.

In his words, the four non-coalition factions of the Armenian parliament became a veneer for a reshuffle in the government.
