Arsen Mkrtchyan appointed first deputy minister of justice

By a decision of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, Grigor Muradyan was relieved of his position as first deputy justice minister of Armenia at his request, according to the press office of the government.

By another decision of the prime minister, Arsen Mkrtchyan has been appointed to that post. He served as deputy justice minister.
