Hraparak: Post office head embezzles electricity bills

‘Hraparak’ paper writes that the head of the post office in Vanand village of Armenia’s Armavir province embezzled the sum that 136 consumers paid for electricity they used in April and May. The embezzled sum amounts to 1 million drams. Police are investigating the case.
