Criminal case opened against Valery Osipyan

A criminal case was opened against deputy chief of the Yerevan police department Valery Osipyan. The spokesman for Armenia’s Special Investigation Service (SIS) Mikael Aharonyan confirmed this information during a talk with Aysor.am.

Aharonyan declined to answer other questions, noting that the mass media should send a written inquiry to SIS.

So the Special Investigation Service does not specify now the grounds for opening a criminal case against Osipyan.
