Benefits to vulnerable families increase by 1,000 drams

The benefits paid to vulnerable families in Armenia have been raised by 1,000 AMD. Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artyom Asatryan said at the government session today that the upcoming rise in the electricity price from August 1 was the basis for the decision.

The average monthly amount of such benefits has increased from 29,350 to 30,350 drams.
