Karen Grigoryan appointed Armenian ambassador to Iraq
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed today a decree on the appointment of Karen Grigoryan as Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Iraq (diplomatic residence in Baghdad), according to the presidential press service.
