Armenian parliamentary delegation to visit Moscow

A delegation led by the Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly Galust Sahakyan will go on an official visit to Russia on July 6 at the invitation of Chairman of the RF Federal Assembly’s State Duma Sergei Naryshkin, according to the press service of the Armenian parliament.

The delegation will meet with State Duma Chairman Sergei Naryshkin and Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.

Meetings will be held with the staff of the Armenian embassy in Russia, representatives of Armenian state structures accredited to Russia and members of the Armenian community.

The delegation will return to Yerevan late Monday.

The parliamentary delegation is composed of chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs Artak Zakaryan, chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Hovhannes Sahakyan, the head of Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) faction Vahram Baghdasaryan, the head of Heritage faction Ruben Hokobyan, deputies Ashot Aghababyan, Abraham Manukyan, Mikael Manukyan, the NA Staff chief Hrayr Tovamsyan, and Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan.
