38-year-old attempts suicide in his apartment

Ministry of Emergency Situations received information around 9:25 pm Sunday that the tenant of an apartment in Yerevan’s Nor Nork 7th micro-district did not answer his door and phone, and neighbors smelled gas from his apartment.

A rescue crew was sent to the scene.

When the door was forced, the tenant G.T., 38, was found inside. He was taken to St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center.

Rescuers stopped the gas leak.
