Hraparak: Armenia should rely only on itself

Political scientist Levon Shirinyan said during a talk with ‘Hraparak’ paper that Armenia should rely only on itself with regard to the problem of defending its borders. In his words, Russia fulfills its obligations, but aside from that, the matter depends on Armenia.
