Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 420 times in one day

On August 7-8 Azerbaijan violated about 420 times the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, according to the press service of NKR Defense Ministry.

The frontline units of Azerbaijan fired over 9000 shots from guns of various calibers in the direction of Armenian positions.

Despite the enemy’s activity, the frontline units of NKR Defense Army observed the ceasefire, refraining from retaliatory measures and resorting to such measures only in case of emergency.
