Serzh Sargsyan congratulates Uruguayan President on Independence Day

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has addressed a congratulatory message to his Uruguayan counterpart José Alberto Mujica Cordano on the occasion of the Independence Day of Uruguay, the press service of the Armenian President reports.
