Three killed in crash on Goris-Yerevan motorway

Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received information around 11:30 pm on September 1 about a road accident on Meghri-Yerevan Highway.

A rescue crew was sent to the scene, MES said.

It was found that a Mitsubishi iO left the roadway at 11th kilometer of Goris-Yerevan motorway and fell into a nearby field. Two passengers of the car died at the scene, another one died on the way to hospital. The fourth passenger aged 26 was hospitalized and is now in satisfactory condition.
