Arthur Osikyan appointed head of Criminal Executive Department

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree relieving Arthur Osikyan of his position as deputy chief of the Armenian police.

By another presidential decree, A. Osikyan has been appointed head of Armenian Justice Ministry’s Criminal Executive Department, according to the presidential press service.
