Serzh Sargsyan congratulates Brazilian president on Independence Day

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a congratulatory message to President of Brazil Dilma Rousseff on the occasion of the country’s national holiday – Independence Day, the press service of Armenian president said.
