Zhamanak: Suren Khachatryan 100% sure he will become governor

“Zhamanak” paper writes citing its sources that Suren Khachatryan has been in Goris for 3 days.

“Being 100% sure that he will be appointed governor of Syunik province, Suren Kahchatryan left for the province’s city of Goris to settle some issues,” the paper says, noting that Khachatryan has privately discussed the upcoming appointments.
