Arthur Arakelyan appointed first deputy minister of transport

By a decision of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, Arthur Arakelyan has been appointed first deputy minister of transport and communications of Armenia, the press office of the government reported. By another decision of H. Abrahamyan, A. Arakelyan was relieved of his position as deputy minister of transport and communications.
