Armenian chess players compete successfully in Pune

Armenian GM Karen Grigoryan and WFM Maria Gevorgyan are participating in the World Junior Chess Championships held on October 6-19, 2014 in Pune, India.

Playing black, Karen Grigoryan defeated Indian chess player Utkal Sahoo. Maria Gevorgyan beat Sheti Christie of India.
