Hraparak: Armen Harutyunyan may become Armenia’s judge in ECHR

‘Hraparak’ paper writes that Armen Harutyunyan is the Armenian authorities’ favorite as a candidate for the country’s judge in the European Court of Human Rights. The second stage of selecting candidates is now underway. 13 people will be interviewed to select three candidates.
