Demirchyan: Armenia does not need artificial agenda
The authorities that violated the Constitution and rigged the elections now want to implement constitutional reforms in the country, the chairman of People’s Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchyan said at the joint rally of three non-coalition political forces in Yerevan today.
“There is no need to implement constitutional reforms in our country. This situation in the country is the result of violation of the Constitution’s provisions,” he said, adding that it is no use expecting the current authorities to solve the problems in Armenia.
“None of the 12 points submitted to the authorities by the non-pro-government factions has been fulfilled. Armenia doesn’t need an artificial agenda. Together, we started a process that will undoubtedly lead to drastic changes in our country,” S. Demirchyan stated.
