Hraparak: Prosecutor general of Nagorno Karabakh resigns

'Hraparak’ paper writes that Prosecutor General of Nagorno Karabakh Arshavir Gharamyan resigned. No one has been appointed to that post so far. According to the paper, Gharamayan may be appointed director of the National Security Service of NKR. Besides, he is a possible candidate in the presidential election in Karabakh in 2017.
