Samvel Sevanyan earns GM title

FIDE has awarded the Grandmaster title to 13-year-old Armenian American chess player Samvel Sevanyan.

The decision on GM title will take effect when Sevanyan’s Elo rating exceeds 2500. His current Elo rating is 2484.
