Zhamanak: Authorities discuss changes to Electoral Code

‘Zhamanak’ says the Armenian authorities are discussing the issue of changes to the Electoral Code. The matter concerns provisions on the majority electoral system. The possibility of reducing the number of MPs elected under the majority system is under discussion. The Armenian parliament now has 41 deputies elected under this system.
