Hraparak: Ex-secretary of CEC opens karaoke club

Hraparak’ says that the experienced state official Aram Bakhchagulyan has worked in various spheres. He was an employee of Bank Mellat and also worked as secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and as head of the State Food Safety Service.  “Now Bakhchagulyan has decided to promote singing. He recently opened a karaoke club in downtown Yerevan,” the paper writes.
