Zhamanak: Kotayk governor buys car for 13 million drams

‘Zhamanak’ paper writes that the administration of Armenia’s Kotayk province recently published an agreement with Nairishin OJSC. By the agreement, a 2015 Toyota Camry was purchased from that company for the province governor Aram Harutyunyan for 13 million drams. The paper notes that Nairishin has a direct link with the governor.
