Haykakan Zhamanak: Investigative Committee spent $10K on ID cards

In late 2014 Armenia’s Investigative Committee headed by Aghvan Hovsepyan bought ID cards for its employees, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes noting that the Committee spent over $10 thousand on IDs, paying $14 apiece.
