Chorrord Ishkhanutyun: Amnesty likely in Armenia in spring of 2015

‘Chorrord Ishkhanutyun’ paper says that according to preliminary information, the Armenian authorities intend to declare an amnesty in the spring of 2015 in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Discussions are underway to decide the types of crimes to which the amnesty will apply.
