Hraparak: Russia tries to block social networks in EEU countries

“Hraparak’ says that Russia is trying to limit, even to block, the Internet and social networks, in particular Facebook, in Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states. “Such a goal has always existed, but the Kremlin fears a backlash so the realization of that goal has been postponed several times,” a Russian source told the paper.
