Zhamanak: Hakob Hakobyan pleads not guilty, but prepared to pay

Former deputy of the Armenian parliament Hakob Hakobyan who was arrested for evading large amounts of tax is prepared to pay a compensation of 80 million drams on five out of the seven counts of the criminal case. Hakobyan pleaded not guilty. He has appealed to the administrative court against the act of the tax inspectorate.
