Sergey Lokyan may become chief of urban development ministry staff

'Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes citing its sources that advisor to the Armenian prime minister Segey Lokyan (the son of former agriculture minister David Lokyan)  yesterday took a leave. In all likelihood he will not go back to work, but will be appointed as chief of the staff of Armenian Urban Ministry, the paper says.
