Samvel Babayan has not arrived in Artsakh yet

Nagorno-Karabakh’s former Defense Minister Samvel Babayan, who is planning to back the National Revival opposition party in Artsakh’s parliamentary elections on May 3, has not yet arrived in Artsakh [from Moscow], Haykakan Zhamanak reports.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Central Electoral Commission told the newspaper on Tuesday that there are no nominations yet. Candidates nominations are accepted between March 9 and 19.
