General Grigoryan does not know Sefilyan

It turns out that chairman of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Manvel Grigoryan does not know Artsakh war hero Zhirayr Sefilyan, Hraparak reports.

In response to a question about Sefilyan’s arrest, Grigoryan said, “Who is he?”

“To our astonishment, he said, “I am unaware, I know nothing. If you know something, tell me for me to know it too,”” the newspaper writes.
