Jalal Harutyunyan appointed Artsakh’s Defense Army’s Chief of Staff

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Jalal Harutyunyan head of Artsakh’s Defense Army’s Chief of Staff, 5th Channel reports.

Before the appointment Harutyunyan was commander of the military unit deployed in southern direction of Artsakh.
