New tool applied in car customs clearance system: SRC chairman

The customs clearance fee for a car has considerably reduced from the second half of 2018, chairman of the State Revenue Committee Davit Ananyan told the reporters today.

“It is a result of introduction of an invoice price instead of statistical or customs price. Nothing has changed from January 1, we have just applied a new tool. People who acquire cars abroad present a reliable invoice on the basis of which customs clearance is formed,” Ananyan said.
