Kocharyan’s defense team waiting for court’s decision to appeal it at Court of Cassation

Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharhyan’s defense team has not received the February 7 decision of the court yet, the team reports.

After receiving it the attorneys will appeal it at the Court of Cassation.

The Court of Appeal has denied the petition of Kocharyan’s team to change the preventive measure.
